Why?

In our presentations, we emphasize the importance of understanding history and terminology of the LGBT+ community. We also know that it is not the job of your LGBT+ students, coworkers, or friends to teach you.

These are some resources of LGBT+ terminology and history. This list also includes some resources for your classrooms, such as posters and LGBT+ inclusive curriculum suggestions. It is important to note that this information is always changing and adapting to the growing history and identities of the LGBT+ community.
